-New Patients: $50 hold fee to reserve appointment slot. The $50 will be applied to any charges for the appointment. If your appointment is canceled less than 48 hours you will incur the $50 fee.
-Massage appointment cancellations require 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time are subject to the full service fee: $80 for 60 minutes, $115 for 90 minutes.
-Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment time to avoid being charged a fee.
-Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be charged a Late Cancel fee.
-Guests who have more than two Late Cancels and/or No Shows will be asked to pre-pay before scheduling future services.
