-New Patients: A $50 hold fee is required to book your appointment and will be applied to your visit. Cancellations less than 24 hours will forfeit this fee.
-Massage Appointments: Require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service fee ($80 for 60 min, $115 for 90 min).
-Established Patients: Late cancel inside the 24 hour window or no show will incur a $25 late cancellation fee.
-Patients who have Three (3) late cancels or No Shows, must prepay for future visits. These visits are non-refundable if canceled late or missed.
